We perform integrated manufacturing meeting customer’s request, from choosing the most suitable film from our wide variety of film (Exploration) to processing, developing, inspection and logistics (Shipment). We can slit a variety of materials such as plastic film, optical film or metal foil to specified widths in our cleanroom. We can laminate different materials such as protective film onto one or both sides of film products. Once it’s processed into roll format it is possible to cut the finished film into sheets. Finally, we can deliver products in quantities according to the customer’s orders.
We can cut laminate and optionally sheet-cut a variety of materials such as plastic films, optical films, and metal foils, etc. in a cleanroom in the sizes requested by the customer. It is also possible to incorporate a protective film on one or both sides of the processed film. Finally, we can deliver products in quantities according to the customer’s orders.
We offer specialized punch processing. The punch sizes, shapes and locations are specified according to the customer’s application. All processing is done in a cleanroom.
Panac’s printing process applies various inks to specific areas of a film or a plastic sheet. Our printing machines are suitable for multiside and multilayer printing. We also can laminate various sheets on printed film in response to customer requests.
Laser cut processing permits us to convert thick plastic sheet, acrylic plate, etc. into a free shape. With edge knurling both edges of film are slightly thickened so as to prevent surface deterioration and blocking of the film during roll winding.
We produce new functional films by laminating plastic film to metal foil or with a special process such as resin melting and first-surface decoration. We match customer needs through our high technology, joining even difficult-to-adhere materials to each other.
